An Official Copyright Number and Certificate of Copyright from the U.S. Office of Copyright will be mailed to you. Your song will also be placed in MasterTrack Music's copyright database, a back-up repository which can be utilized by you to prove date of creation and copyright submission. After submitting the below form, call MasterTrack Music to make an appointment or, if you prefer, a MasterTrack Music Staff member will contact you to make an appointment at the phone number you provide below.
